Why it matters

The idea in context

Sealed honey can remain stable for a very long time when kept away from extra moisture. Its chemistry creates a difficult environment for bacteria and fungi that would spoil many foods. This matters because preservation can come from simple physical conditions, not artificial mystery. The so-what: nature’s pantry has its own engineering.
