Sleep is not a pause in learning; it is one of the ways the brain turns practice into memory.

Why it matters

The idea in context

Practice gives the brain raw material. Sleep helps sort, stabilise and connect it, which is why another tired hour at a desk may be less useful than a night that lets the work settle. Rest is not the opposite of effort; in learning, it is often where effort becomes durable.

Uyku, öğrenmeye verilmiş bir ara değildir; beynin pratiği hafızaya çevirdiği yollardan biridir.
Harvard Tıp Fakültesi

Pratik beyne ham malzeme verir.
